For Our Patients

Patient
Information

Whether you are visiting us for the first time or returning for ongoing care, we want every experience at Del Amo Dental Group to feel seamless, comfortable, and unhurried. Here is everything you need to know before your visit.

First Visit

New Patients

We are currently welcoming new patients of all ages. Your first visit is an opportunity for us to get to know you — your dental history, your goals, and any concerns you may have.

01

What to Bring

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of any current medications or supplements, and any recent dental X-rays if you have them. Arriving 10–15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork is appreciated.

02

Your First Appointment

Your initial visit typically includes a comprehensive exam, a full set of digital X-rays, and a professional cleaning. We will take the time to review your dental history, discuss any concerns, and walk you through our findings before recommending any treatment.

03

Treatment Planning

If any treatment is recommended, we will present a clear, detailed plan — including what each procedure involves, how long it takes, and what to expect during recovery. Nothing proceeds without your full understanding and consent.

04

Comfort & Anxiety

Dental anxiety is common and nothing to be embarrassed about. Please let us know if you have any concerns — we will do everything we can to make your visit as comfortable as possible, including taking breaks whenever you need them.

Coverage & Fees

Insurance &
Payment

We are an out-of-network dental office. We do not participate in any insurance networks, but we welcome patients with any insurance plan. We are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please call our office with any questions.

01

Out-of-Network Office

We are an out-of-network dental office and do not participate in any insurance networks. This allows us to focus entirely on what is best for each patient — without the restrictions that insurance contracts often impose on care.

02

Insurance Reimbursement

If you have a PPO or similar plan, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement. We will provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit directly to your insurance company. We encourage you to call your insurer ahead of your visit to understand your out-of-network benefits.

03

Transparent Fee Discussions

Before any treatment begins, we will walk you through the associated fees clearly and honestly. We believe you should never be surprised by a bill — full transparency is a core part of how we practice.

04

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards and are happy to discuss payment arrangements for larger treatment plans. Our team will work with you to find a solution that fits your needs.
