Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of any current medications, and any recent dental X-rays if you have them. Arriving 10–15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork is appreciated.

Yes. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office immediately. We do our best to accommodate urgent cases the same day.

Most patients benefit from a professional cleaning and exam every six months. Depending on your individual oral health, we may recommend more frequent visits.
